BASIC SURGERY COURSE
Applicants must hold a degree in Odontology, Stomatology, or must be currently following 4th or 5th year Odontology degree studies.
BASIC IMPLANTOLOGY COURSE
This course is open to qualified odontologists, stomatologists and maxillofacial surgeons. A certain level of surgical skill and theoretical training in implantology are required.
ADVANCED IMPLANTOLOGY COURSE
This course is geared towards odontologists, stomatologists and maxillofacial surgeons already possessing good surgical skills and experience in implant surgery.

MATERIAL TO BE PROVIDED BY ATTENDEES
The following list of materials is provided for guidance purposes only; courses are customised and students are expected to contact their assigned teaching staff to finalise the list of materials or instruments required to carry out the surgical operations scheduled.
- Sterilised and non-sterilised gloves.
- Aspiration nozzles.
- Anaesthetic (with and without vasoconstrictor)
- 3-0 and 4-0 suture, reabsorbable and non-reabsorbable.
- Short and long blades.
- Nos. 15 and 11 scalpel blades
- Disposable surgical gowns (for basic surgery course only)
- Clinical clothing and footwear for everyday use.
For the advanced implantology course, attendees must also provide the biomaterials (filling material and reabsorbable membranes)
As courses are customised, each student is expected to contact their teaching surgeon to discuss the specific cases to be treated and finalise all the details regarding instruments and materials, in order to avoid any shortages during his/her stay.
Students must bring their own Antibiotics, Anti-Inflammatories and/or Analgesics to offer to the patients undergoing surgery.
